"I drank body lotion" - Kenyan student who hid from gunmen for two days

A 19 year old girl, Cynthia Cheroitich said she hid herself in a cupboard when the gunmen attacked and remained there for 48 hours for fear of being killed. Not even thirst could bring her out as she drank body lotion instead when she got thirsty.
She said while she was in the closet, she heard the terrorist separating those who could read
Muslim words from those who couldn't. According to what she told CNN; "They told them to go out. When they were outside now, they said if you don't know how to read to them in the Muslim word, whatever, you lie down. And then if you know, you go to the other side."
The president of Kenya, President Uhuru Kenyatta on Saturday, ordered that flags be flown in respect of the 147 people that were murdered. May their souls rest in peace.
